No charges in fatal Coralville Lake boating accident

The Iowa Department of Natural Resources announced on Friday that there will be no charges filed in a boating accident that killed a 12-year-old Fairfield girl on Coralville Lake back in May.
Sarah Nicole Perkins, known as Nikki, was tubing when she fell off and a boat ran over her on May 30.
The Johnson County Sheriff's Office says the person driving that boat was James Zahorik, 42, of Cedar Rapids, and Janyce Gray, 51, of Cedar Rapids was driving the boat that was pulling Perkins girl on the inner tube.
Again, no charges will be filed.
