NORTHERN IOWA CB Deiondre' Hall
Height/Weight: 6-2, 199
Ourlads general manager and national scout Dan Shonka's synopsis: 'Smooth fluid pedal with fluid hips to turn and run. Good transitions for a big corner. At times he is sudden in change of direction with a quick plant and drive. Shows speed to stay with deep routes. Solid man-to-man skills for the most part. At times drifts in transition and wastes steps. ... Has the size and ability to make an NFL roster. He needs technique work and consistency to reach his potential. Has a pterodactyl-like wing span of 82 3/4 inches.'
Ourlads' grade:
Fourth/fifth round
Ourlads' projection:
Fourth round, San Francisco (105)
Scott's projection:
Third round, Detroit (95)
IOWA C Austin Blythe
Height/Weight: 6-2, 298
Ourlads' synopsis: 'A technician who plays stronger at center than guard. Drops weight and works to leverage high pass rushers. Keeps hands inside the frame and on the breast plate of the defensive tackle. Aggressive and controlled off the snap. Sticks man with good head position. Coordinates his hand and foot movement consistently working for good hand position. Takes good angles to the second level to execute his blocks.'
Ourlads' grade: Sixth/seventh round
Ourlads' projection: Sixth round, New England (221)
Scott's projection: Fifth round, San Francisco (174)
IOWA TE Henry Krieger Coble
Height/Weight: 6-3, 249
Ourlads' synopsis: 'A good athlete who runs precise routes and knows how to set down in the seam of a defense. A consistent hand catcher who adjusts well to a poorly thrown pass. Can improve his run after catch ability. ... Good focus in traffic. Needs to improve as a zone-blocking tight end to set the edge.'
Ourlads' grade: Seventh round/priority free agent
Ourlads' projection: Sixth round, Seattle (215)
Scott's projection: Seventh round, Cleveland (223)
IOWA DE Drew Ott
Height/Weight: 6-4, 277
Ourlads' synopsis: 'I can see a team drafting him late, putting him on the PUP (physically unable to perform) list and get him ready to go by midseason. An ACL needs a whole year of recovery anyway.'
Ourlads' grade/projection: Free agent
Scott's projection: Seventh round, Minnesota (244)
IOWA G Jordan Walsh
Height/Weight: 6-2, 311
Ourlads' synopsis: 'He knows what to do and how to do it as a zone blocker. You see undersized Iowa guys sticking on a roster, so he would have a chance, it wouldn't surprise me at all if he gets drafted.'
Ourlads' grade/projection: Free agent
Scott's projection: Seventh round, Denver (253)
IOWA RB Jordan Canzeri
Height/Weight: 5-8, 190
Ourlads' synopsis: 'He's not big, but he's a perfect fit zone blocking team and can be a third-down back if he can show he can catch the ball and he stays healthy. He's got explosiveness, he's a one-cut downhill guy. He'll get a chance in a camp somewhere.'
Ourlads' grade/projection: Free agent
Scott's projection: Free agent, Green Bay
IOWA WR Tevaun Smith
Height/Weight: 6-1, 205
Ourlads' synopsis: 'He's a straight-line speed guy. I saw that explosiveness, and he can run by some people. I didn't get a real good feel for his hands. I didn't see a lot of separation against man-to-man coverage.'
Ourlads' grade/projection: Free agent
Scott's projection: Free agent, Buffalo
IOWA S Jordan Lomax
Height/Weight: 5-9, 203
Ourlads' synopsis: 'He did a good job at the East-West Shrine Game. I don't think he's an overly fast guy. He's a good hitter. He doesn't have great measureables, but he'll provide downhill support. If he does well on special teams, he'll have a chance to make a team.'
Ourlads' grade/projection: Free agent
Scott's projection: Free agent, Chicago
IOWA K Marshall Koehn
Height/Weight: 6-2, 198
Ourlads' synopsis: 'He was at the combine and he kicked off well there. You worry about the consistency, but could be a long-range field goal and kickoff guy. He's a cold-weather kicker and teams like that.'
Ourlads' grade/projection: Free agent
Scott's projection: Free agent, Atlanta
