KEY MATCHUP
Iowa G Mike Gesell vs. Indiana G Yogi Ferrell. These seniors have locked heads five previous times in their careers and now they square off on Iowa's senior night. Ferrell is one of the Big Ten's best all-around guards, averaging 17.0 points and 5.5 assists a game. He's hit 64 3-pointers (42.4 percent) and also will rebound (3.9 a game).
Gesell had a solid game against Ohio State with 16 points, five assists and only one turnover. He's had good scoring outings and has struggled putting the ball in the hoop, but his defense never has wavered. He was tenacious against Ferrell in their first meeting, holding the Indiana guard to 2-of-12 shooting. Iowa will need that type of effort again to stay close.

WORTH WATCHING
Thanks to Big Ten scheduling changes with expansion, this is Indiana's first trip to Iowa City since Dec. 31, 2012. Their last four meetings took place in Bloomington. Even with revamping schedules, that seems odd.
In a twist, this is the final home game for Iowa's seniors. They opened their Big Ten home careers against Indiana that afternoon. Conversely, this is Ferrell's final Big Ten road trip. His first one was to Iowa City.
BOTTOM LINE/PREDICTION
Iowa's confidence appears shot and the team has no answer for getting it back. That's a bad combination when facing the Hoosiers. Indiana has won its last three and already claimed a share of the Big Ten title, thanks to Iowa's loss at Ohio State. If Indiana wins Tuesday, it takes the title outright at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. Three weeks ago, that was almost unimagineable. Today, it's reality.
Prediction: Indiana 84, Iowa 78
