C.J. Beathard connected with Jerminic Smith for a 36-yard touchdown.
9:29 4th: Penn State 41, Iowa 7
Penn State is pouring it on.
Back-up QB Tommy Stevens took a handoff from Trace McSorley, went around the left end and bowled over Desmond King and Brandon Snyder to cross the goal line on a 13-yard TD run.
It's Stevens' first career touchdown.

Iowa converted a 4th-and-inches on the final play of the third quarter, but C.J. Beathard was picked off by Troy Apke two plays later.

Trace McSorley bought time under pressure, rolled right and found Mike Gesicki wide open behind the Iowa defense for what was originally ruled a 44-yard TD.
It was ruled after review Gesicki's knee was down at the 1, but McSorley punched it in on the next play.

Saquon Barkley had Iowa defenders missing left and right and slipping on Beaver Stadium's grass field.
The Penn State running back's 57-yard TD run on 3rd-and-5 put the Nittany Lions up 14.
PENN STATE FIELD GOAL BLOCKED
Iowa kept it a one-score game midway through the first quarter when Josey Jewell blocked Tyler Davis' 30-yard field goal attempt.
IOWA TURNOVER ON DOWNS

Miles Sanders, returned the opening kickoff to the Penn State 48, Saquon Barkley ran three times for 19 yards and PSU capped a six-play opening drive with Trace McSorley's 19-yard TD pass to Saeed Blacknall.
