Bruce Harreld with succeed with help

To the editor:
I predict Bruce Harreld will succeed as president of the University of Iowa. Because he's good? Oh, far, far from it. He will succeed because Gov. Terry Branstad and Bruce Rastetter will do everything in their power so he doesn't fail.
Then they can thumb their noses at the UI community, the Iowa State University faculty, the University of Northern Iowa faculty and say 'I told you so.”
