Hancher announces Broadway series shows

Tickets on sale May 1 for 4 hits coming to Iowa City

IOWA CITY — Four of Broadway’s biggest hits are coming to Hancher in its new 2023-24 new subscription series:

“Come From Away”: Oct. 3 to 5, 2023.

“To Kill a Mockingbird”: Jan. 19 to 21, 2024.

“Hairspray”: Feb. 23 to 25, 2024

“Chicago”: May 3 to 5, 2024

Subscriptions go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. May 1. Subscribers will have a discount as well as access to the best seats before single tickets go on sale July 31.
