Iowa City hosts United World Wrestling Men’s Freestyle World Cup on Saturday and Sunday at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. The dual-meet event begins at 10 a.m. both days. Here’s a glance at Team USA.

• Prep career: First Missouri prep to win four state titles at four different weights, posting a record of 205-3 including 56-0 senior season, 2012 Junior Nationals champion, 2011 Cadet Nationals Greco-Roman champion.

• College career: Four-time All-American and three-time NCAA champion for University of Missouri, four-time Mid-American Conference champion, ranks second in career victories at Missouri with 136-5 record.

• International career: 2017 World bronze medalist, 2016 Olympic bronze medalist, 2016 World Olympic Qualifier champion, second at 2018 Outstanding Ukrainian Memorial, third at 2016 Grand Prix of Germany.

Hayden Zillmer

• Age: 25

• Hometown: Minneapolis, Minn.

• Wrestling Club: Minnesota Storm

• Prep career: Three-time Minnesota state champion at Crosby-Ironton High School, going 43-1 his senior season.

• College career: Three-time NCAA qualifier, earning All-American honors with a sixth-place finish in 2015, Big 12 finalist, two-time NCAA West Regional champion, 2015 Western Wrestling Conference Wrestler of the Year, posting 106-30 career mark.

• International career: 2017 U.S. National Team member for freestyle and Greco-Roman, fifth at 2018 Greco-Roman Granma Cup, third at Cerro Pelado International, second at 2017 Dave Schultz Memorial in and bronze medalist at Lubomir Ivanovic Gedza Memorial International for Greco-Roman, second at 2016 Bill Farrell International, Two-time University Nationals champion.
