Iowa high school football Week 4: How the ranked teams fared

The last week of non-district 11-player Iowa high school football games featured plenty of salivating matchups among ranked teams.

Here’s a look at how the top-10 teams in each class fared Friday night.

Class 4A

No. 1 West Des Moines Valley beat No. 8 Waukee, 28-27

No. 2 West Des Moines Dowling lost to No. 5 Ankeny Centennial, 14-7
