Iowa colleges — Central’s Kaiden Fiebelkorn of Brooklyn (BGM) earned all-Iowa Conference academic honors in baseball, along with teammates Corey Broxson of Guttenberg (Clayton Ridge) and Dallyn Putz of Manchester (West Delaware), Coe’s Nolan Arp (Xavier) and Cameron Frazier (Jefferson) of Cedar Rapids and Nolan Weber of Cascade, and Wartburg’s Tanner Eckhart of Monticello, Jacob Holub of Williamsburg, Trevor Hurd of West Union (North Fayette Valley), Emmanuel Jeffrey of Marion (Linn-Mar) and Tyler Nunemaker of Ely (C.R. Prairie).
Ellsworth baseball player Bryce Charipar of Cedar Rapids (Xavier) earned academic honors in the Iowa Communty College Athletic Conference.
Coe’s Jason Gingrich (Linn-Mar) and Jacob Van Oort (Jefferson) earned all-Iowa Conference men’s golf academic honors, along with teammate Hunter Livermore of Atkins (Benton Community) ... Kaiden Fiebelkom of Brooklyn (BGM), Corey Broxson of Guttenberg (Clayton Ridge) and Dallyn Putz of Manchester (West Delaware) earned their first varsity letters as a member of the Central baseball team.
Coe’s Taylor Huber of Central City (Alburnett), Madi Miller of Coralville (I.C. West), Alyssa Olson of Cedar Rapids (Jefferson) and Maddy Ryan of Marion (Linn-Mar) were named to the all-Iowa Conference academic team in softball, along with Loras’ Hannah Towns of Cedar Rapids (Jefferson) and Regan Wolverton of West Union (North Fayette Valley), and Wartburg’s Morgan Goedken of Iowa City (Regina).
Earning all-Iowa Conference academic honors in men’s tennis were Central’s C.J. Cliff of Decorah and Coe’s Brady Anderson of Cedar Rapids (Linn-Mar).
Buena Vista’s Drew Beall of Anamosa is a member of the all-Iowa Conference academic team in men’s track and field and is joined on honor squad by Central’s Tanner Rathje of Marion (Linn-Mar), Coe’s Lotu Ahomana of Marion (Linn-Mar), Loras’ Chris Ball of Marion (C.R. Xavier), Jacob Jensen of Elkader (Central), Noah Smith of Dyersville (Beckman) and John Meskimen of Cedar Rapids (Xavier), Simpson’s Levi Lefebure of Fairfax (C.R. Prairie), and Wartburg’s Riley Anderson of West Liberty, Mark Schulz of Cedar Rapids (Kennedy) and Dakota Moore of Elgin (North Fayette Valley).
