In the midst of a three-game losing streak, an 8-4 finish is no sure thing for Iowa football, even with Illinois and Nebraska remaining on the schedule.
But for projection purposes, that’s where most of us will forecast the Hawkeyes (6-4, 3-4 Big Ten).
Following Saturday’s 14-10 loss to Northwestern, the consensus among bowl prognosticators is that Iowa will head west. Seven of the eight sources below have the Hawkeyes playing in a California bowl; four pick the Redbox, three select the Holiday.
