The Iowa men’s basketball program will have one of its own in mind Saturday when it hosts Illinois. There will be a “whiteout” to support former player Kenny Arnold, who is in a Chicago nursing home with health issues, with shirts for sale at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

As such, we welcomed Ronnie Lester on this week’s On Iowa Podcast to talk about Arnold, the run to the 1980 Final Four and his memories of an All-American career at Iowa.

In the first segment, we review the Hawkeyes’ losses to Minnesota and Michigan State last week.
