There are better uses for tax dollars

President Donald Trump is promising to build a wall between Mexico and the U.S. He says that if Congress won’t provide him $5.6 billion to do it, he will declare a national emergency and have the Army Corps of Engineers build it with unspent disaster funds.

I believe our tax money would be better spent on buying either 70 new F35A fighters to replaced our 40-year-old F16 fighters, or replacing seven current 80-year-ld 600-feet locks with modern 1,200-feet locks. It is a better use of my tax dollars than building the Great Wall of Trump.
