Massive hugs and truckloads of thanks to our tireless city crews, who worked long hours throughout this brutal winter spreading salt, sand, brine and clearing our streets day after day.
The season was harsh, but my husband and I were never quite trapped because once the roads were plowed, we were able to get out and about and on with our lives. The crews went by frequently, sometimes more than once in the same day, keeping us safe and secure.
Our city crews did an amazing job this winter — a difficult and dangerous job, well done. Bless every single one of you. We are grateful for the important work you do.
