North Liberty man killed in Interstate 380 crash

NORTH LIBERTY — A North Liberty man was killed in a crash on Interstate 380 early Wednesday morning.

According to an Iowa State Patrol crash report, 65-year-old Randall P. Martin was southbound on Interstate 380 at the 8 mile marker at 1:03 a.m. when — due to snow or ice on the road — his vehicle left the road, entered the west ditch and rolled onto its top. Martin was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.
