Officers arriving on the scene found a man with two gunshots to his left leg, according to the release, and he was taken to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.

In their investigation, officers located “evidence of the shooting” in the 1400 block alley between Fifth and Sixth Avenue SE, the release said.
