Around 30 veterans learned to build fishing rods on Saturday, Sept. 29, at the Titan Project’s Reeling in Vets fishing rod making workshop at Veterans Memorial Building in Cedar Rapids.

The Titan Project is a non-profit that aims to gather groups of veterans, help them build support networks and prevent suicide.
