The lights have gone out across the Corridor on so many plays, concerts and other artistic endeavors. They will come back on, but until that happens, here are the latest postponements and cancellations. Contact the venues for more information and options on refunds, exchanges and donations of tickets back to the venues to help offset the costs they are incurring.

C.R. Film Festival

CEDAR RAPIDS — The 2020 Cedar Rapids Independent Film Festival, scheduled for April 3 and 4 at the Collins Road Theatres in Marion, has been postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date. Announcements will be made online at and social media channels. Tickets already purchased will be honored for the rescheduled event.

Cedar Rapids Community Concert Association at the Paramount has a reciprocal agreement with the Waterloo/Cedar Falls Metro Concerts at Gallager Bluedorn Performing Arts Center in Cedar Falls. The March 29 concert by Tony De Sare in Cedar Falls has been canceled.

Coralville Center for the Performing Arts

CORALVILLE — The center, 1301 Fifth St., is closed through April 12. Details:

Englert Theatre

IOWA CITY — The Englert Theatre, 221 E. Washington St., has suspended public events through April 8, hoping to reopen April 9, pending the situation at that time.
