Kids can feel just as stressed out as adults. One way to combat stress is to do yoga. There are a lot of yoga studios in the area offering classes online. There are also some great free yoga videos on the internet. And the only things you really need are some comfy clothes and rug or a mat — even a beach towel can work. Have an adult help you get started.

1. Toula Yoga in Cedar Rapids is offering free live classes for people of all ages. You can find more information on their Facebook page, facebook.com/toulayoga.

2. There are a lot of yoga videos for kids on YouTube. My kids’ favorite is Cosmic Yoga. You can find it by having a grown-up help you search for “Cosmic Kids Yoga” on YouTube. Our favorite Cosmic Yoga episode is a Frozen-themed one.

3. Tiny Turtle Yoga has a fun yoga video channel too. You can find it by searching “Tiny Turtle Yoga” on YouTube.
