Iowa’s nonpartisan Legislative Services Agency on Thursday released the second redistricting plan for new congressional and legislative districts that will reflect population changes between the 2010 and 2020 censuses.
The Legislature rejected the first round of maps earlier this month. Lawmakers are scheduled to meet in special session on Oct. 28 to consider the maps.
