A few weeks ago, we asked readers to submit their design ideas for an alternate Iowa uniform.
The Hawkeyes, typically traditional in their style, will wear a special alternate for Saturday night's game against Minnesota.
Iowa has a classic look that shouldn't go away anytime soon, but some players and fans like an occasional change of pace.
'Speaking for me, I haven't played in a different uniform here,' running back Wadley said. 'They should be sweet. They showed us a sneak peek of them, they look sweet. I always say if you look good, you're going to play good.
Others? Not so much.
"Everyone has a personal preference. For me, it's not that important,' said guard Sean Welsh, a native of Springboro, Ohio. 'Some people enjoy dressing up a little bit.'
You'll get a full look at Iowa's new apparel Saturday, but for now, take a look at what our readers designed and remember to vote for your favorite at the bottom.
A few submissions stayed close to the blackout theme.
