2013 Hawkeye Downs Speedway schedule

Temperatures are starting to rise with the spring season underway, and auto racing season is about to heat up. Later this month, Hawkeye Downs Speedway will start its auto racing events.

Hawkeye Downs will host its Car Show and Media Day, including a Test and Tune open to the public, on Saturday, April 27, kicking off its 2013 racing season. The weekly points series races begins Friday, May 3 and concludes Friday, Aug. 23.

The schedule consists 12 sponsored nights, including 12th Annual Keith Fleck Memorial Wall of Fame Night on May 24, Van Meter Night and its fourth annual celebrity race on June 21, and the finale Barron Motor Supply Season Championship.
