Excellence in the Arts 2023

Excellence in the Arts event recognizes outstanding student achievement in grades 9-12 throughout Eastern Iowa.

Through the hard work of arts advocates throughout Eastern Iowa, The Gazette launched Excellence in the Arts in 2023 to create an experience that would celebrate students making incredible contributions in the visual, digital and performing arts.

This program includes telling the stories of student artists-all leading up to a night of celebration that will present students with achievement awards while providing a night for patrons to take in a variety of student led exhibits, performances and more.
