Linn County Attorney Nick Maybanks released a report Wednesday from the Iowa Attorney General’s Office detailing the investigation into the officer-involved shooting of William Isaac Rich in Cedar Rapids on Aug. 30. The report concluded that the shooting was justified, and Maybanks agreed in a released statement.
