MARION — Bistro 3 Nineteen in Marion is transitioning to a new business model.
Brittany Hannah, who opened the restaurant in 2018, has moved the business to counter service with a new, fast-casual environment and business hours that will feature staple breakfast and lunch fare all day, with an emphasis on simplicity and fresh, scratch-made dishes.
“Menu items are designed to be ready in a short period of time so that busy workers can get back to work,” Hannah said in a news release. “We’ve kept our soft seating as well for those who want to sit in a comfortable place with friends.”
