She enjoyed reading, having lunch and up until last week was still meeting with her group of longtime friends. Sally's greatest passion and joy was spending time with her grandchildren and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Paul; and brother, Elliott "Shady" Day.
Left to cherish Sally's memories are her daughter, Lisa (Pat) Kress of Hiawatha; six grandchildren, Courtnie Bartosh, Connor Bartosh, Grant Donnan, Michael Donnan, Kailey (Matthew, Olivia and Camilla) Hill and Sarah Kress.
Memorials may be directed to Cedar Hills Community Church or Susan G. Komen Foundation in Sally's name.
The family would like to especially thank Westridge Care Center, new friends that Sally made there, and the wonderful care they gave her. For that we are truly grateful.
