Roggy, Alice Katherine
Alice Katherine Roggy, 90, of Princeton, Ill., died at 2:23 a.m. April 9, 2010, at Colonial Hall in Princeton. Services: 1:30 p.m. Monday at Grant-Johnson Funeral Home in Princeton, with the Rev. Ken Wilson officiating. Burial: Union Cemetery, Ohio, Ill. Visitation: 5 to 7 tonight at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Jim Moran, Christopher Moran, Alan Moran, Alex Moran, Brett Russelburg, Jeremy Skaggs, Jeffrey Roggy and Michael Roggy.
Survivors include a son, Larry (Jan) Roggy of Morrison, Ill.; two daughters, Shirley (Jed) Moran of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Betty (Steve) Emmett of Princeton, Ill.; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Born Jan. 27, 1920, in Ohio, Ill., the daughter of Laurits Christian (Sophie Hansen) Jensen, she was self-employed.
