Koester, Donald
Donald Koester, 76, of West Union, died Friday, April 9, 2010, at Palmer Lutheran Health Center from a sudden illness. Funeral services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 13, at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Eldorado. Burial: St. Peter Cemetery. Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. today at Burnham-Wood Funeral Home in West Union.
Survivors include his wife, LaVerne; two sons, Larry of West Union and Bradley of Minneapolis; two daughters, Connie (Jay) Haas of Calmar Cheryl Koester of Apple Valley, Minn.; a sister, Ruby (Bill) Miller of West Union; and four grandchildren.
