Visitation will be held from 9 to 10:45 a.m. Monday, Dec. 14, at the Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 E. Sixth St., in Vinton. Graveside services will be held at
Evergreen Cemetery following the visitation. The family requests casual
dress and masks will be worn at all times.
