Jennifer Lynn Ira was born May 25, 1968, to Richard Feddern and Sharon (Johnson) Jackson in Waukon, Iowa. She enjoyed being raised on a farm and caring for her animals as a young girl. Jennifer attended Waukon High School and Lawton School of Business.
