Young brothers reported missing in Cedar Rapids

UPDATE: Police have issued an Operation Quickfind for two Cedar Rapids brothers reported missing Monday evening.

Vincent Rich, 13, and William Rich, 11, left home around 3 p.m. Monday to visit a friend who lived in the area of Mount Vernon Road and 15th Street SE, and did not return home, police said. They were last seen around 10 p.m. Monday in southeast Cedar Rapids.

Vincent Rich is mixed race, around 5-foot-4 and 100 pounds, with curly brown hair and brown eyes. He has a scar on his left eyebrow, and was last seen wearing jeans and white T-shirt.

William Rich is also mixed race, around 5-foot-4 and 150 pounds, with brown eyes and a large brown “Afro”-style haircut. He was last seen wearing a navy blue sweatshirt and jeans.
