An Iowa City man is accused of a felony controlled substance violation after authorities say various drugs and paraphernalia were found at his home.
According to the Johnson County Sheriff's Office, Benjamin L. Nadler, 20, of 220 Lafayette Street No. 202, was allegedly in possession of marijuana, LSD, prescription pills and marijuana smoking devices when officers conducted a search at his apartment March 3.
Iowa City police say they also located packaging materials, digital scales and a small amount of cash in Nadler's apartment.
A warrant was served for Nadler's arrest on Monday. He was being held at the Johnson County Jail Tuesday, waiting to appear before a judge.
Nadler is also accused of keeping or permitting the use of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
