Vote Grassley out to protect school safety

In two months, my only grandchild will start kindergarten. The thought that some deranged loser could legally buy a military-style assault rifle, body armor, hundreds of rounds of ammunition, post his intentions on social media, and then enter her school, kill her, her classmates and teachers is completely unacceptable to me.
Our senior Iowa senator — Chuck Grassley — says there’s little to be done about this. I disagree. Iowa’s parents and grandparents can vote him out of office, and replace him with someone who will actually work to protect the safety of our children.
