Thanks to CRPD officer

I want to express my gratitude to Officer Lukan from the Cedar Rapids Police Department for his assistance to my mother, Alice. Recently, she was deceived by someone who received a $1,100 payment to repair a fence damaged by the derecho but never returned to complete the work, nor did he respond to phone calls and emails. Officer Lukan acted swiftly and thoroughly when my mother reported the incident. He promptly visited her to collect all the necessary information and personally contacted the perpetrator, convincing him to send a check.
When the perpetrator failed to comply with the deadline specified by the officer, my mother informed him, and he followed up until the check was received. Great work, Officer Lukan! I'd like to extend heartfelt gratitude to you and the entire department for your assistance.
