Shame on our elected officials
Rich Patterson

With all the real issues in our state to work together on, it is unbelievable that legislators are choosing instead to promote fear and bullying.
To any elected official who would deny a woman and her physician the ability to make appropriate reproductive decisions: Shame on you.
To any elected official who would restrict boards of education, city councils, and boards of supervisors from making decisions impacting their constituencies: Shame on you.

To any elected official who supports book bans: Shame on you.
To any elected official who would divert our tax money to private schools: Shame on you.
To any elected official who bullies young people because they beat to a different drummer: Shame on you.
To any elected official who would loosen child labor laws: Shame on you.
To any elected official who supports making it harder to vote: Shame on you.
To anyone who voted for public officials who aggressively seek to curtail freedom: What are you thinking?
