Protesting will not change outcome

To the editor:
I have been wondering how all the people that are protesting in Iowa City over the hiring can miss so much work and not have to be in class at the university working instead of out on the street.
It always amazes me when a protest happens that the crowd keeps getting bigger each time it is shown. Don't these people realize this will not change and they just need to get on with their life. I'm sure we could all find something to protest every day if that is all we had to do.

Get back to what you were hired to do at the University of Iowa.
