Are you registered to vote Sept. 12?

The Iowa City school bond proposal took years and many people to plan.

If passed: The increase of $4.25/month for $100,000 property assessment will still be the lowest property tax rate of Iowa's 10 largest school districts.

If failed: Overcrowding of up to 40 percent students in modular classrooms, air conditioning not added to older schools, one year construction costs increase $5.6 million to $9 million.
