Dilbert devolved from entertainment to propaganda

The Dilbert cartoon used to be one of the first things I read when I opened the paper everyday. It was so spot-on in its absurdity of the daily life around the office sometimes it seemed he worked at my company. But a few years ago it seemed the cartoon became less funny, more mean spirited and just weird at times and I always wondered why the change. Come to find out Scott Adams, the cartoonist fell down the rabbit hole of Q and Donald Trump and on his social media was spewing conspiracy theories and hate speech. It’s so sad to see a talented, insightful person lose their grip on their humanity because of one man and a right wing hate media designed to fuel division and doubt.
The recent deposition by FOX pundits and Rupert Murdoch himself that they lied repeatedly on air to further their agenda shouldn’t surprise anyone and it just shows how easy it is for a supposed news organization to manipulate people into angry rhetoric and violence. Fox is not a news channel, it is un-American propaganda.
