Iowa employers are facing tough competition for employees and changing desires of millennial workers -- who are now the largest generation in the workforce. This has led many to place an increased emphasis on workplace culture, mission and values.

At Iowa Ideas 2017, September 20-22, panelists from both large and small companies shared ideas on the role of mission and values at work, how to create a mission-driven workplace and how to evaluate culture initiatives.

This session was part of Workplace (R)evolution, which joined Iowa Ideas in 2017 as a special track focused on culture and the future of work.
