CLARENCE - The North Cedar wrestling team hosted BGM, Cascade and Don Bosco earlier this month.

North Cedar sophomore Tyler Thurston has a cradle on Cascade's Zach Ries during their 170-pound bout. Thurston won, 6-5. Thurston's second match against Jeramie Kane of BGM resulted in a pin in 4:59. North Cedar senior 220-pounder Grant Tenley pinned all three opponents at the dual. Here, Tenley is working at escaping from David McCammant of BGM in the third period. Tenley pinned MCammant in 4:12. The second match against Gavin French of Don Bosco also resulted in a pin in 10 seconds. The first match was an exhibition match against Parker Wright of Cascade.
