3A No. 2 Dubuque Wahlert 69, Cedar Rapids Jefferson 66

Iowa men's basketball recruit Cordell Pemsl led the Golden Eagles with 39 points and 20 rebounds to edge out the J-Hawks.
Royshawn Webb and Dennis McKinney both scored 13 points, while Adam Van Oort had 17 in the loss.
4A No. 3 Iowa City West 61, Cedar Falls 49
Wali Parks and Devontae Lane each scored 17 points to lead Iowa City West (11-3, 8-1). Connor McCaffery added 10 points and dished out seven assists for the Trojans.
Tra'Von Fagan scored 19 points for Cedar Falls.
Dubuque Hempstead 53, Cedar Rapids Prairie 47 (OT)
Jalen Rima scored 13 points for the Hawks in an overtime loss to the Mustangs.
Marshon Crowder led Hempstead with 13 in the victory.
Dubuque Senior 72, Cedar Rapids Kennedy 61
Drake Brewster scored 13 points, Derrick Diggins had 12 and Matthew Gardner had 11 in the Cougars' loss.
Senior's Carter Stevens led all scorers with 21 and Derek Noel had 20.
Benton Community 56, Marion 36
Chase Zielke led Marion with eight points, but it was not enough as Spencer Touro, with 15, led Benton to roll past Marion by 20.
Anamosa 71, Solon 63
Kolin Schulte scored 30 points as the Raiders (11-5, 6-4 Wamac) defeated the Spartans at home.
Halston Durr had 13 points for Solon (7-7, 5-4).
Calamus-Wheatland 89, Cedar Valley Christian 50
Kelvin Ridder scored 13 points to lead CVC in the loss at home. Kyle Gustafson added 12 points and made four 3-pointers for the Huskies. Travis Geels chipped in with 10 points.
Cole Moeller scored 21 points to lead Calamus-Wheatland and Garrett Rickels added 19 points.
GIRLS
Cedar Rapids Jefferson 42, Dubuque Wahlert 41
Kennedy Dighton scored 23 points to lead all players as Cedar Rapids Jefferson (8-8, 6-4 MVC) came back from a six-point halftime deficit to beat Dubuque Wahlert by one at home.
Emily Oler scored eight points and had two steals for Jefferson while Dighton led the team with six rebounds and Avery Guy had five assists for the J-Hawks
Katy Fricano led the Golden Eagles (6-9, 2-7 MVC) with 12 points.
Cedar Rapids Washington 79, Waterloo East 37
Jayla Johnson scored 14 points and grabbed five steals while leading three players in double-figure scoring as Washington rolled to win on the road.
Payton Bruner added 12 points and Vanessa Eniola chipped in 11 points for the Warriors (11-4, 5-4).
Kerris Roberts scored 15 points to lead Waterloo East.
5A No. 8 Iowa City High 60, Waterloo West 24
Courtney Joens scored 16 points and Sydney Schroeder scored 15 points as the Little Hawks (13-2, 7-1 MVC) downed the Wahawks in Waterloo. Ashley Joens finished the night with 11 points for Iowa City High.
Jade Dreine led Waterloo West (5-11, 2-7 MVC) with eight points.
Dubuque Hempstead 60, Cedar Rapids Prairie 50
The Hawks saw a four-game winning streak snapped despite Olivia Usher's game-high 25 points.
Megan Gronau led the Mustangs with 20 points, while Morgan Krug added 13 and Madison Fleckenstein had 10.
4A No. 7 Marion 60, Benton Community 32
A stifling Indian defense allowing no double-digit scorers from the Bobcats, paving the way to a road win in Van Horne.
Chloe Rice led all players with 16 points for Marion (12-4, 7-1 Wamac) while Mia Laube finished with 13 points.
Lillian Wibe led Benton Community (9-8, 5-3 Wamac) with eight points.
2A No. 2 Iowa City Regina 59, West Liberty 34
Sarah Lehman scored 14 points and Kennedy Brown had 12 to lead the way for Regina.

Molly Hembera had a double-double with 19 points and 13 rebounds for CVC in the loss at home. Candace Wilson chipped in 13 points and grabbed five steals for the Huskies.
Jaelyn Diercks scored 16 points and Morgan VanderHeiden added 15 points to lead Calamus-Wheatland.
