Speaker: Ronald F. Ferguson, PhD / Lecturer in Public Policy and Faculty Director of the Achievement Gap Initiative, Harvard Kennedy School / Co-founder, Tripod Education Partners / Faculty Associate, Malcom Wiener Center for Social Policy/ Founder, The Basics, Inc.
Dr. Ronald F. Ferguson is an MIT-trained economist whose teaching, research, and social entrepreneurship at Harvard Kennedy School have covered state and local economic development, school reform and early childhood parenting, among other topics. His highest current priority is mobilizing communities for infant and toddler brain development through an initiative named "The Basics." His most recent book, co-authored with Tatsha Robertso, is "The Formula: Unlocking the Secrets to Raising Highly Successful Children" (2019).
