Green for Greenwood -- Do it! (with RB update)

You know Brett Greenwood's story. If you think of it, please donate to the Brett Greenwood Foundation.

"I'm not sure who's organizing it, but I think it's a show of support for a tremendous young man, a guy who's been working hard and battling and who's doing a great job," Iowa coach Kirk Ferentz said on his radio show Wednesday night. "I think it's a great tribute for a guy we're all thinking about."

This is an e-mail I received, and so let's spread the word:

This Saturday (9/22) will be the 2nd annual GREEN OUT at Kinnick Stadium to support Brett Greenwood in his recovery from his traumatic injury last year.  PLEASE help spread the word around the Iowa City area to wear green to the Iowa game this weekend against CMU.

Ferentz also said this about Iowa's RBs for Saturday: Unlikely on Bullock; we'll see with Garmon. Chance he'll go, he is practicing. Canzeri would like to play.
