IOWA CITY — Former Miami (Ohio) offensive lineman Rusty Feth has committed to Iowa via the transfer portal, he announced Sunday via Twitter.
Feth also had scholarship offers from West Virginia, Purdue and Virginia.
He is the second offensive lineman to commit to Iowa via the transfer portal since the end of the 2022 season, joining ex-Saginaw Valley State offensive lineman Daijon Parker.

The Colerain, Ohio, native had been the RedHawks’ starting center for the last two seasons and earned playing time at guard as well.
Feth’s commitment reunites the 6-foot-5 offensive lineman with Iowa offensive line coach George Barnett, who was co-offensive coordinator and offensive line coach with the RedHawks for seven seasons.
The graduate transfer has one year of eligibility remaining, plus his extra COVID-19 year.
