With observational humor and spontaneous audience interaction, comedian Paula Poundstone improvises with a crowd, swinging in unexpected directions. Her razor-sharp wit and impeccable timing are displayed in her regular panelist gig on NPR’s top show, the weekly comedy news quiz “Wait, Wait ... Don’t Tell Me!” The multifaceted artist also is a best-selling author and voiced the character Forgetter Paula in the Oscar-winning animated film, “Inside Out.” She was the first woman to perform standup comedy at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner and made Comedy Central’s list of The 100 Best Standup Comics of All Time.
