80/35 music festival in Des Moines announces 2019 lineup

Headliners include Portugal, The Man, and Elle King

80/35, the annual music festival in Des Moines, IA has officially revealed the bands that will make up the event’s 2019 lineup on July 12th & 13th.

In its 12th year, 80/35, named for the interstates that intersect at Des Moines, plans to expand its ticketed area to include two stages and 16 music acts, according to an official release. The free area will have 30 performances, a kids zone, art installations, and food and drink vendors.

The festival grounds will surround Western Gateway Park and the free area will be near Pappajohn Sculpture Park with a featured stage on Grand Ave. You can find a map of the festival grounds at 80-35.com.

Event headliners include Portugal, The Man, and Elle King, with additional performances by Metric, MisterWives, Noname, Liz Phair, and YUNGBLUD. You can find a full lineup by day and stage below.

Tickets Go On Sale Friday, April 5

Starting at 10 a.m. on April 5, tickets will be available at 80-35.com.

•Two-Day passes start at $65 for early bird pricing before increasing to $80. Day of tickets will be $105.

•Two-Day VIP passes start at $190 for early bird pricing before increasing to $220.

•Lagunitas Lounge passes cost $25. Included free for VIP ticket holders.

•Single day tickets will be available at a later date.
