2nd Quarter thread
Half: Iowa 20, Minnesota 6
Minnesota did well to pick up some points in the final seconds of the half on a 20-yard Brock Walker field goal off the upright but would have wanted a touchdown all things considered.
Tanner Morgan hit Demetrius Douglas for a 29-yard gain to the Iowa 17, then Tyler Johnson for 11 more to the 6. A pass interference penalty on Riley Moss put the ball at the 2 with four seconds left and the Gophers brought out the field goal unit.

2:24 2nd: Tanner Morgan scrambled for a first down on fourth-and-5 from the Iowa 32 after a holding penalty, but Kristian Welch sacked him for an 8-yard loss on the very next play and Riley Moss broke up a third-and-18 pass to the end zone. Minnesota elected to punt from the 33.
