ESPN College Gameday Iowa-Iowa State picks: Who Lee Corso, Ashton Kutcher picked to win
‘Hawkeyes in an upset,’ Corso says

ESPN’s Lee Corso wears the Herky the Hawk mascot head after picking Iowa to beat Iowa State on College GameDay, alongside Ashton Kutcher.
It was pretty obvious who the ESPN College GameDay guest picker would take this week.
Iowa fan Ashton Kutcher was always taking the 10th-ranked Hawkeyes over No. 9 Iowa State.
“I’m taking the ‘Baum (Tyler Linderbaum) at center to be driving it up the middle with (Tyler Goodson all day long,” Kutcher said minutes after riding to the set in a combine. “And I’m taking the Iowa Hawkeyes to win this football game all day long!”

Lee Corso? It wasn’t so obvious which mascot head the legenday ESPN pundit would don — Herky or Cy.
“It’s State’s turn to win it,” Corso said. “Forget about it. Hawkeyes in an upset.”
Corso picked the Cyclones during College GameDay’s trip to Ames two years ago, but Iowa won 18-17, its fifth straight win in the series.
This time Herky’s head atop Corso was the last shot of the GameDay telecast.
Here’s how the rest of the College GameDay panel picked Saturday’s game.
Desmond Howard — Iowa State
“I’m going Cyclones because of their defense creating turnovers today.”
David Pollack — Iowa State by 3
Chris “The Bear” Fallica — Iowa State -4
“(Iowa) got two pick-6s last week, is that gonna happen again this week?”
“Spencer Petras is gonna have to play better.”
“At some point, the streak is gonna end, right? You didn’t think I’m coming here and I’m not gonna pick Iowa State, right?
