Coverage from Madison:
Turning point: Iowa shot 29.6 percent in the first half and was fortunate to be down only 31-22 at the break. But Wisconsin took complete control of the game soon enough. Ethan Happ had 11 points and six rebounds in the first 8-plus minutes of the second half as the Badgers built a 48-28 advantage. It only got worse from there.
MVP: It was Senior Night for Happ, and the Badgers legend didn't disappoint. He finished with 21 points, 14 rebounds, three assists, two blocks and two steals and left the game to a standing ovation.
Key stat: 0. Nothing worked for Iowa on offense, but the most telling stat might have been Tyler Cook's zero points. Iowa's leading scorer was 0 for 6 from the floor and didn't attempt a free throw in 24 minutes as the Hawkeyes struggled mightily to run offense.
