The City of Cedar Rapids has issued a release stating that Otis Road has been reopened.
This is the final road closure that was in place due to the impending flooding and rising Cedar River water levels over the last two weeks.
In addition, Jones Golf Course is set to reopen on Monday, September 17. The course has been closed since September 4. The course will begin with reopening the clubhouse and front nine holes, while the back nine will remain closed until further notice.
