“Everyone deserves the right to make their own health care decisions, especially when it comes to reproductive care and abortion,” according to a Heart of Iowa Dems news release. “While the ruling is tough and it might feel hopeless, we are fighting back. Find out where things stand in Iowa today and what you can do right now. We can’t let them take away any more of our rights.”
